1. Drop Off
| Key Lockers | Place your order in any locker with a key in it. Turn and remove the key. |
| Digital Lockers | Place your order in any unlocked locker. Enter any 4 digit code and turn the knob to lock the locker. |

First time users can place their laundry directly in the locker or in a plastic bag or pillowcase. Regular users should place their laundry in their personal laundry bag. Note: To deter misuse of our lockers, some high traffic locations may require a $.25 deposit to release the key. |

| Two Day Service: Orders placed in a locker by 9am (Monday thru Friday*) will be picked up that day and will be returned within two business days**.
*Saturdays, deliveries only - No pickups - Not available at all locations.
**We make our best effort to return orders back within two business day. We do not guarantee two day service and items which are delayed will be returned when ready. |

2. Place Your Order
| TEXT the word LAUNDRY to MOSIO (66746) or login to laundrylocker.com to place your order. You can also call us and place your order over the phone. |
3. Get Notified
| When your laundry is ready to be picked up, we notify you via SMS and eMail. |
| (Digital Lockers) Your email and text will contain the locker number and code (last 4 digits of your telephone number) so you know which locker to get your clothes from. |
4. Pick Up
| Key Lockers | We will return your clean laundry to the same locker. Simply insert your key and take out your clean laundry. Please leave key for the next customer. |
| Digital Lockers | Enter the 4 digit code (last 4 digits of your phone number) into the locker we emailed / text'd you, to open the locker. |
