Locker Loot™ terms and conditions

This Agreement governs your participation in the Locker Loot Referral Program (the "Program"). This Agreement between you and Laundry Locker, Inc. is in addition to our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and all other documents and provisions applicable to the use of www.laundrylocker.com (the "Site").

As a bona fide member of the Laundry Locker community, you are entitled to participate in the Program on condition that you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement by selecting "I agree" below. If you do not agree to accept and abide by this Agreement, you should not participate in the Program. You can still use the Site and services of Laundry Locker (as applicable) but you won't be paid for referrals. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement, the Terms of Use, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.

This may be a temporary program. Laundry Locker reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, terminate or modify all or any part of the Program or this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on the Site. Your continued participation in the Program after such notice constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions in this Agreement, including any changes or modifications made by Laundry Locker as permitted above. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease participation in the Program.

Terms of Use

By referring individuals you agree to the following conditions: You will earn $10 for the first 5 orders made by your referral which is over $25.00 (after discounts). At no time will affiliate be paid more then $50.00 for any referral related to any one customer. The "Refer a Friend… Get $50.00" program will also apply to those referred customers who are already generating Locker Loot for you, but have placed less then 5 orders. For any remaining orders over $25 (after discounts) of your referrals' first five orders you will receive an additional $10.00 in Locker Loot.

Locker Loot may be used for products and services of Laundry Locker, or cashed out and paid by company check or equivalent. Referral offers apply to new customers of Laundry Locker only. A referral relationship will only be created when a new referred customers creates a new account and applies a Referrers' code at the time of creating a new account. Referral codes can not be associated with new customers retroactive of placing their first order. Referrer cannot earn credit for signing up themselves and creating multiple accounts. Laundry Locker uses several means to track these restrictions and violation of any of the terms of this agreement will result in forfeiture of all accrued Locker Loot and removal from the program.

With each link, email or marketing advertisements that you display on Laundry Locker's behalf, you expressly agree to abide by the Terms of Service which are in full force and effect at that date and time. The name, logo, and trademark of Laundry Locker and Locker Loot are the sole ownership of Laundry Locker Inc. All rights to use, reprint, or reproduce the name, logo, or trademark of Laundry Locker is expressly limited to promotion of the Locker Loot program and may be revoked at any time.

The Locker Loot Referral Program is intended as a referral program for use by active Laundry Locker customers to refer individuals with whom they have a known relationship. Laundry Locker does not condone spamming and any complaints received due to misuse of this program may result in the forfeit of any credits accrued by you.

This Agreement is effective so long as you participate in the Program or until the Program is discontinued by Laundry Locker, whichever first occurs. The Referral Program or any aspect of it can be discontinued at any time at Laundry Locker's discretion upon notice posted on the Site. Upon posting of such notice, the Program and this Agreement shall be thereby terminated as it relates to you. Locker Loot points generated through this promotion will expire 180 days after this promotion is cancelled.

All other terms and conditions related to Locker Loot still apply.

Laundry Locker Credit Option

Participants in the Locker Loot program may at any time redeem their accrued points for payment of Laundry Locker products or services at a conversion of USD $1 for every 1 point of Locker Loot.

Cash Payout Option

Locker Loot may be redeemed as cash at a 75% discount to the value of Locker Loot. Laundry Locker will issue a check to Referrer only after a minimum of $200 in Locker Loot is due after discounts. Laundry Locker will provide payment to Referrer upon receiving an electronic request for cash payment on the Locker Loot website. Locker Loot is non-transferable.

W-9 and Referrer Agreement

Prior to Laundry Locker compensating Referrer, the Referrer must complete a Referrer Agreement and IRS Form W-9. Laundry Locker will not make any payments to Referrer until Laundry Locker has received both a completed Form W-9 and fully executed Referrer Agreement. Both forms, once completed, should be faxed to Laundry Locker at (415) 255-7577. If any information submitted by the Referrer on the W-9 or Referrer Agreement is incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate, payments due Referrer may be delayed or withheld at Company's sole discretion. It is the Referrer's responsibility to ensure that Company has a complete and accurate Form W-9 and Referrer Agreement on file.
